Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

See San Francisco through Hollywood's eyes. Bringing movies to life, we take guests on fun and entertaining tours to locations made famous by both current blockbuster and classic San Francisco movies. Guests see the following locations:
~ The spot where Kim Novak jumped into the water and Jimmy Stewart saved her in Vertigo
~ The house where Robin Williams' family lived in Mrs. Doubtfire
~ The various locations from the famous chase scene in Bullitt
~ The building where Christian Slater interrogated Tom Cruise in Interview with the Vampire
~ The apartment Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall used in Dark Passage
~ The alley where a killer offed Sam Spade's partner, Miles Archer, in The Maltese Falcon
~ The damaged park steps from the car chase in What's Up Doc

~ In 1927, San Francisco was the setting for the first talking picture, the Jazz Singer

Is this a good way to see the city also?
~ We believe the tour is a great way to see the city, even if someone in your party is not a movie fan. And, we think you may be surprised by what sites you do see and recognize from some of Hollywood's most famous movies. The tour takes guests not only to movie locations, but also weaves its way through famous San Francisco locations, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park, Fort Point, Union Square, the Presidio and many others.

Will I run into a movie star?
~ It is possible but unlikely. But, we'll keep our eyes open.

Where did you get all your information?
~ The tour and the content came from intense research from a number of different books, pamphlets, websites, and articles.

Are the tours conducted in languages other than English?
~ At this time, Movie Tours are only conducted in English; however, due to the popularity of the Hollywood movie culture worldwide, we are planning to offer tours in various languages soon.

Is there an age requirement on this tour?
~ No. There is no age requirement but some content may be geared more for adults.

Can I take pictures on the tour?
~ Absolutely. Feel free to take along your camcorders and cameras to capture the sites of San Francisco. Keep in mind that the tour is copyrighted by Carpe Diem Ventures, LLC so the content can not be used commercially without permission.

Will we stop along the way?
~ We will make 2 stops along the way to give you a chance to stretch your legs or take some pictures.

Note:Tour is not handicap accessible but will try and help any handicap people to board the bus.
